SHIPPING - ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
All original paintings are shipped by me, from the UK, fully tracked and insured. They will be dispatched via either Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to prepare your order to be shipped. Customs charges may be incurred on packages if you reside outside of the UK.

These items are dispatched by me within 3 working days from the UK. I offer multiple shipping options that are available to view at checkout. Customs charges may be incurred on packages if you reside outside of the UK.
SHIPPING - CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES
Clothing & accessories are fulfilled via a seperate company (Printful). They have a number of dispatch locations worldwide and so your items may arrive in separate packages depending on where each item has been made. Customs charges may be incurred on packages arriving from outside your country.
Shipping on these items is free. Items will be dispatched within 2-7 business days but may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Each item will be provided with a tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I ship prints, stickers, clay ornaments and original artwork worldwide, however the third party that ships my clothing & accessories is unable to ship to some countries, you can view the full list here- https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019709259
Once orders have been dispatched I cannot be held responsible for how long delivery times take as this is out of my control. Orders may be slower than usual at the moment as many countries have a backlog of post to sort through. Customs charges may be incurred! I will of course always try my best to get my orders dispatched as soon as possible!
Refunds/ Returns
If your product is damaged please send proof to [email protected] Unfortunately I am unable to issue refunds for anything sent untracked.
If you wish to return an item please email [email protected] for return address, you must cover shipping. I will issue a refund once I have received the item.
Where are your clothing and accessories produced?
As mentioned above, all clothing and accessories are made via the third party company Printful. They produce various items in multiple countries worldwide. I have samples of each product sent to me before listing them so that I can always make sure I’m happy with the product and print quality before I make it available for customers!
Do you accept commissions?
Currently I am not accepting commissions. If I ever open up any commission slots I’ll post about it on instagram!
