Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! All orders are dispatched by me from the UK. Once an order is dispatched I cannot be held responsible for the status of untracked items or for any delays in shipping times as these are beyond my control. You can view all available shipping options at checkout.
Customs and Import Charges
For customers residing outside of the UK, please be aware that customs duties, taxes or import fees may be incurred. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For USA customers please be advised that tariff chargers are now included in your postage price so there should be no extra charge when your order reaches you in the USA.
Art Prints
Small A5 and medium A4 prints are shipped in cardboard backed envelopes. Large A3 prints are shipped in cardboard tubes.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are shipped via Royal Mail, fully tracked and insured. Please allow up to three weeks for me to prepare your painting to be dispatched.
Print Club Subscription
Shipping is included in the monthly subscription price. All print club orders are sent untracked- Royal Mail Second Class within the UK and International Standard for international orders.
Refunds and Returns
I do not offer refunds unless your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival. If your product is damaged please send proof to [email protected]
I am unable to issue refunds for anything sent untracked.
Please note if you wish to return your order for a refund then return postage must be purchased by the customer.
Are you accepting commissions?
Yes my commissions are currently open! Prices start at £120. Please email [email protected] to discuss further! A 50% non refundable deposit before the commencement of any artwork.
